The Ainscough National Hire Centre is based at our Head Office in Standish, Nr Wigan, Lancashire and was opened in August 2000.
The Centre is a busy one-stop call centre specifically designed and developed to provide a fast-track ordering system for major customers. The fast-track system, developed in-house by Ainscough, is one of the most technologically advanced systems used within the industry and allows customers, who have registered basic details with Ainscough Crane Hire, to place an order for a crane, both quickly and efficiently. Our courteous and highly experienced staff are trained to ensure that each customer's requirements are met in full and to ensure that the full details of each lift are recorded and updated as necessary well in advance of the lift taking place. The centre is responsible for allocating each lift contract to a depot located nearest to each lift site. To do this the centre selects a depot from our nationwide list of depots which operates a crane best suited to the exact lift requirements.
