Ainscough Crane Hire Limited is pleased to announce with the support of Bank of Scotland Corporate the acquisition of James Jack Lifting Services Limited, based in Aberdeen and also operating from Invergordon, Dundee and Grangemouth Scotland.

Managing Director of Ainscough, Neil Partridge, said he was delighted to have concluded the transaction:

'James Jack Lifting Services is a good business and will be an excellent complement to Ainscough. Whilst we intend that the company will operate independently for some time, we extend a warm welcome to all employees, customers and suppliers of James Jack.'
