Neil Partridge - Managing Director
Neil joined Ainscough in 1995 as Financial Director, and became Chief Operating Officer in 2006. In 2007 he headed the management buyout. Before joining Ainscough, Neil enjoyed a successful career in the general plant hire industry.
Gary Speakman - Finance Director
Gary joined the company in November 2008 as Finance Director and Company Secretary. Gary has over 25 years’ experience in senior finance roles across a wide range of business sectors working with market leading brands such as Littlewoods, Land Rover, Benson and Hedges, Leyland Daf and Whyte and Mackay. Between 2000 and 2006, Gary was Finance Director and then Chief Operating Officer of the FTSE listed leisure business, Sportech plc.
Peter Kernohan - Operations Director
Peter has 35 years’ experience in the Crane Hire Industry. He joined Ainscough in 1992 and after 13 years in Operations was appointed Operations Director in 2005.
George Kesterton - Sales Director
George joined Ainscough in 1992 and was soon appointed Sales Director. He has 25 years’ experience in the crane hire industry as well as experience in the construction and plant sectors.
Steve Cooke - Engineering Director
Steve joined the Board at Ainscough in 2000 when the company purchased the Initial GWS business. Steve’s experience spans over 41 years within the manufacturing and crane hire industry.
