To measure our levels of achievement, we use the Net Promoter Score (NPS)* method which asks all of our customers just one simple question: “On a scale of zero to 10, with 10 being highest, what’s the likelihood that you would recommend us (our company) to a friend or colleague?”
Our score for 2018/19 year ending in March 2019 was 87.9 – the highest score we have ever had.
While we’re proud of this score, we will always strive to better ourselves and to continue improving services for our clients.
