Founded with six small cranes and a van in 1976, Ainscough Crane Hire now has a national network of 30 locations, 400+ cranes and the largest heavy haulage fleet in the UK.

We are proud to be the first choice for leading organisations across a variety of industries when safe and efficient lifts are required.

Since 1976, Ainscough Crane Hire has been setting the highest standard for ourselves and also for the wider mobile crane hire industry in the UK. With our nationwide network, we offer our clients all-encompassing lifting solutions knowledge and the most experienced team in the industry.

Our team of over 600 crane operators and engineers operate and maintain a fleet of over 400 cranes up to 1000 tonne capability. The breadth of our expertise is highlighted by the number of accreditations we hold, our exemplary customer service and superior QHSE record.
